I know one can change an automatic into a semi-automatic. The difference is semi-automatic is a single shot weapon so it is far more accurate. An automatic firearm like a rifle can spray shots all over the place which may not be very accurate. Will Mr. Slattery comment on that, explain the differences and why people perceive one to be more lethal than the other? To me, the single shot can be more lethal because a person has more control and accuracy.
