I thank Deputy Heydon. The question was about whether there have been incidents since the 2009 legislative change which we feel might underscore the proposed changes in this draft document. Speaking as a representative of the trade and, to some degree, wearing my hat as a committee member of the Harbour House Sports Club, we do not believe there have been any incidents which underpin this legislative drive.
