I will move toward the wrap-up and will invite Deputies O'Donnell and Michael McGrath, as lead questioners with five minutes each, followed by one minute of questioning from each of the other members. To wrap this up, I refer to one thing that did not come up this morning but which has come up in the other sessions. The Governor mentioned the domestic standing group in his report. Can he tell the committee what was the domestic standing group, what was its purpose, what was it set up to do and whether it actually did it?
