I fully agree with that. I was glad to be able to pull out such concrete evidence from the files. I think we have been able to give chapter and verse and illustrate in a concrete way the things that were not working out well. There have been other inquiries in other countries throughout the world but we have been able to get down to brass tacks. This is a sorry story. Certainly, case No. 1 is a very bad story.
