No. I think we did report on that instance of the soft landing and whether a more proactive policy would have been appropriate. There were some ideas generated. Parliamentary questions are usually a somewhat different stream than advice. On something this important one would see a coherent piece of analysis that had the background and economic analysis and suggested further steps. It would have engaged the entire system. I did not see that nor did I see any evidence of repressing that from anyone I talked to in the Department.
