Mr. Wright refers on page 21 of his report to the European Council's warning under Article 99.4 about the overheating. It is not clear from the way Mr. Wright phrased that whether we, as in Ireland, the Department of Finance, ignored that. That is what I understand but perhaps Mr. Wright might clarify. Was the warning ignored?
