Thank you Mr. Wright. I wish to put a number of quotations by the people who commented after the publication of Mr. Wright's report. Mr. Dave Thomas, the then General Secretary of the Association of Higher Civil and Public Servants, AHCPS, said in the aftermath of the publication of Mr. Wright's report, "This report clearly states that the actions of politicians, rather than civil servants, were the primary factors ... that led to economic collapse". Does Mr. Wright think that is a fair characterisation of his report?
