Good morning Mr. Wright. I wish to follow up on the second last question put by Senator Barrett. Mr. Wright spoke of his engagement with the Canadian Minister for Finance and he referred to it as a balanced professional view that might exist between a Secretary General and a Minister at the time. Did he find in the ten year period that he investigated that such a balanced professional view existed between the senior officials in the Department of Finance and the Minister of the day?
