Mr. Brendan McDonagh:

We certainly have some letters that would contain that view, but we have to take the advice at the point when a decision is made to sell the asset. We take the appropriate external advice and I must be satisfied when I sign my name to approve a sale, along with one of my colleagues, that effectively the file is right. It is fully available to be audited by the Comptroller and Auditor General and effectively we can stand over it.
