I have one final question for Mr. Wright related to the issue of the bank guarantee which I know was not germane to his report, as such, but it was a landmark decision which we will be examining closely. In the course of his work, did he examine in any way the role of the Department of Finance in the making of that decision, supporting documentation or the decision-making process? I know his work was focused on advice in relation to fiscal matters and so on but in the course of his work did he look at that issue?
