No, I said that it is not the whole story, just saying that 80% is an objective. One should fit into a broader view of the tax system that says yes it is fair but does one have a higher priority in terms of creating jobs for the future than just that benchmark? I believe one should have. I mean it respectfully for that process, but one can engage on how to do that.
