Mr. Rob Wright:

I think there are ways. That is a regulated sector. You have ways to manage the liquidity in your country, which are still important. The Central Bank of Ireland and the regulator have an important role, in co-ordination with the Minister, and the trade-off is not that stark. I think the point I was making was simply that it puts a great deal of onus on restraining spending ambitions and tax initiatives. You have to do it in an overall macroeconomic framework.
