Senator D'Arcy is asking my opinion as Nyberg and not as the writer of the report. I guess, given that it is just my personal opinion, the committee can always ask the Irish part of the discussion if it wishes. Why not?

Why would one have to? Then, one has to make an assessment. It is viable. One makes use of what one can and then one has to use one's head.
