The witness did not get to read out the part of his statement regarding regulation. He indicated that it appears the problem may be a widespread tendency to repeatedly gradually weaken implementation of existing regulations, including, for example, Ireland's historic sector concentration lending guidelines. Is that a specific point to Ireland with regard to our problems or has Mr. Nyberg encountered it elsewhere?
