The fuel sale price reduction seems very small and it may be something that will take some time to take full effect. Because of the high taxation component of the price, however, one will see nothing close to a 40% reduction. If that is the expectation, it is just not going to happen because it will be affected by the relatively small share the cost of the raw material has in the price. I would certainly have thought one would have seen a reduction of more than a couple of cent, but it may take time to see the full effect. My colleagues may have more insight into the workings of this market than I do.
