The cost of a barrel of crude oil is down by one third, yet we have only seen a drop of a few cent per litre at filling stations. Can Mr. Moran enlighten us why that is the case? Is there a cartel in fuel distribution? Part of the problem with people laundering fuel is the cost of fuel.
