Who we defined as strategic defaulters were, at the time, people who had chosen to prioritise payments other than their mortgage payment, in some cases unsecured debt. It is still an issue today. We have had significant success in bringing people out of deep arrears who have not paid mortgages for a considerable period of time, partly because we have worked in many cases with Insolvency Service of Ireland advisers to cram down the unsecured debt and see the mortgage prioritised so we can keep people in their homes.
