We have said we will work with any third party the customer asks us to work with. We do not have exclusive arrangements with any individual agency but we regularly work with any agency or individual to whom the customer asks us to speak. We have provided referrals to the personal insolvency service where customers will benefit from that and we have agreed to pay for that service for the customer.
