I move amendment No. 81:

In page 60, to delete lines 24 to 27 and substitute the following:“ “31. Section 43 of the Act of 2014 shall apply to a decision under section 25 in relation to a case referred to the Director General of the Workplace Relations Commission under section 21 as it applies to a decision of an adjudication officer under the said section 41, subject to —”.
