I move amendment No. 75:

In page 58, to delete line 38, and in page 59, to delete lines 1 to 3 and substitute the following:“ “91. (1)Section 43 of the Act of 2014 shall apply to a decision of the Director General of the Workplace Relations Commission under section 79 as it applies to a decision of an adjudication officer under section 41 of that Act, subject to —”.
