I welcome the Minister and his officials and I thank him for his opening remarks. I would like to put a few questions regarding the Irish position on some of the issues on the agenda. I do not know much about the parent subsidiaries directive. Is it acceptable to Ireland as drafted or is the Minister proposing amendments to it?
