One must engage in negotiations, so this is what we will do. I have heard the arguments relating to St. Hilda's Services and I visited that facility recently. It deals with people with a range of abilities and disabilities and we must ensure that service continues to be provided.

All I can say to Deputy Troy is we have got what we have got. Our budget is approximately €1.5 billion this year, so there has been a slight increase, but a range of services must be delivered. We must manage the budget while providing the services that people need.
