I am conscious that a vote is imminent in the Dáil. At least nine speakers have indicated their wish to contribute. Mr. O'Brien is leaving at 2 o'clock, and the Minister has another engagement. I know it is unfair on Members but I ask them to be concise in asking their questions rather than making pronouncements. I will take members in the following order: Senator Burke, Deputy McLellan, Deputy Conway and Senator van Turnhout.
