I thank the Minister. I acknowledge Mr. Fergal Goodman on his appointment. Before I call Mr. Tony O'Brien, director general of the Health Service Executive, I congratulate Mr. Barry O'Brien on his new appointment and thank him for his courtesy to the committee and the Oireachtas. I wish him well. In his opening remarks I ask Mr. Tony O'Brien to refer to the HSE report on Positive Action. Will the report come before the committee? I believe it should. What are Mr. O'Brien's plans for it?
