That is very positive. I did not raise the new EU procurement directive as a barrier. It is entirely doable. The thing is to know how to do it in the correct way. I ask the development board to give consideration to the unbundling of contracts to give SMEs and indigenous players an opportunity to procure. That is a broader issue. In light of the scale of this project, we need those who are at the helm to give a commitment that these matters will be at the fore as they do their business.
