Mr. Finbarr Kelly from the Department of Public Expenditure and Reform is further down on my left. I am accompanied by Ms Geraldine Mullen, principal officer in our accounts division in Cavan; Dr. Cecil Beamish, assistant secretary from our Clonakilty office who is in charge of the fish and marine side of the Department; Mr Kevin Moriarty, Dr. Beamish's principal officer; and Ms Caroline Kelly from the same office.
