From a governance point of view, Mr. Mulvey and Mr. Treacy need to ensure those who are associated in any way with their organisation conduct their business in the way that they have described their own conduct. Perhaps they might check with the various bodies that are part of their organisation to ensure all of their accounts are up to date and that any governance issues that might arise are addressed.
