I thank Mr. Keegan, Mr. Keogan and Mr. Downey for attending the meeting, the aim of which was to establish the chain of events that led to the cancellation of all five concerts in Croke Park. I think we have established that. We also wanted to recognise the fact that a process needs to be put in place. It is evident from what we have heard over the past several days that we need to establish a process for licensing and planning in such a way that hundreds of thousands of people are not discommoded, whether they are fans, residents, promoters, venue managers, jobseekers or business people. This entire episode has been an unholy mess. It is clear that there is a major conflict between the evidence presented by the Dublin city manager, Mr. Keegan, and the GAA, particularly Mr. Peter McKenna. It is not a function of this committee to decide who is right or wrong and it may have to be decided in another forum.

I have been contacted by many of the residents in recent weeks. It is clear that they need a more unified voice. It is also clear that the GAA must work on its relationship with them, but there should be one residents group. It is possible. This issue was covered in the Mulvey report. A single voice would result in a more definite and ongoing relationship. I thank the witnesses for attending.
