Various internal HSE audit reports have shown considerable wastage in that regard. It is a bad way of commissioning home care services. They should be commissioned in a more transparent and accountable manner so as to ensure the companies providing the best service in the most efficient manner are getting the funds with a view to meeting the ever increasing demand for home care services.
