----- the findings made or what happened. That is something one should expect from the public administration of justice. I normally would not go as far as to say this rather than tease through the issues arising, but in my view the issues arising are clearly not acceptable. I presume the justification will be based on the impact of allegations on the commercial entity and the economy. What are Mr. Jackman's thoughts on such justifications?
