The agencies will cease to exist when the presidential seal is put on the legislation. The effect of the provision we are deleting was to give individuals recourse to the financial ombudsman. That was the reason for the Schedule in the first place. Is that not correct? Were these agencies exempted from the Ombudsman Act? Is it that they no longer need to be exempt as they are being dissolved?
