I move amendment No. 16:
I will withdraw the amendment on the proviso that I can reintroduce it on Report Stage.
In page 26, line 14, to delete “body.” and substitute the following:“body,and any request from a Minister under this subsection requires the prior approval of the Houses of the Oireachtas.”.
