I will leave it at this, as we have laboured the point. The question is who owns the shares.

The Minister owns the shares and not any of these advisory bodies. It is the Minister who decides. Obviously, it would have to be a Government decision, so there is no question of anything other than accountability, ownership and line responsibility resting with the Minister and, through the Minister, by virtue of the function of his office, the Oireachtas itself - through the committees, the parliamentary questions system and so on. That is the current situation.
