I move amendment No. 122:

In page 38, between lines 23 and 24, to insert the following:"(d) without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing, the granting of the application to renew the permit would contravene regulations under section 14 in so far as those regulations make provision for, pursuant to section 14(2), the renewal of an employment permit, or
(e) the information, documents and evidence referred to in paragraphs (a) and (b) of subsection (4A) were not provided as required under those paragraphs.".".
