I move amendment No. 98:

In page 32, to delete lines 10 and 11 and substitute the following:"(5) Section 14(4) of the Act of 2006 is amended—

(a) by deleting ", during a period such as is referred to in subsection (3),", and
(b) by inserting ", subject to this Act," after "be granted".".
