I move amendment No. 74:

In page 24, between lines 38 and 39, to insert the following:“(c) the Minister may refuse to grant an employment permit if the Minister is satisfied that the health insurance provided by the person referred to in paragraph (b)(iii)(II) of section 1A(1) does not have the same, or similar, effect as the health insurance provided by a health insurer,”.
