I move amendment No. 34:

In page 12, to delete lines 25 to 27 and substitute the following:"(ii) pursuing a course of study that is wholly or substantially concerned with the qualifications or skills referred to in section 15(1)(c) and the Minister is satisfied, having regard to section 15(1)(d), there is a shortage of those skills or qualifications, and
(iii) required, for the completion of that course of study, to obtain experience in the practice of those skills or qualifications with which the course of study is concerned for a period of not more than 12 months in an employment that requires the practice of those skills or qualifications,".
