I move amendment No. 176:

In page 47, to delete lines 7 to 10 and substitute the following:“(2B) Without prejudice to the generality of subsections (1) and (2), regulations under this section, in respect of grant or renewal of an employment permit for the purpose referred to in section 3A(2)(b), provide for the production, within a specified period, to the Minister of information, documents and evidence to verify such information and documents with—”.
