I move amendment No. 171:

In page 46, to delete lines 34 to 41 and substitute the following:“ “(2A) Without prejudice to the generality of subsections (1) and (2), regulations under this section may provide for the production, within a specified period, with an application for the grant or renewal of an employment permit to the Minister of—

(a) in the case of an application for the grant or renewal of an employment permit for the purpose referred to in section 3A(2)(e), information and documents in respect of the contract service agreement concerned, and”.
