I move amendment No. 154:

In page 43, to delete lines 39 to 42 and substitute the following:“(b) following the coming into operation of those sections, a foreign national to whom such permit was granted is dismissed by reason of redundancy from the employment in respect of which the employment permit was granted, and”.
