Although there is tight control on spending, last year the pressures in the health sector became apparent from August, September and October onwards. In March, April and May this year we saw the overrun has gone from €50 million, to €100 million to €165 million. There are expenditure pressures on the Department of Health, so there are some concerns as well as positive news on the tax side.
