I suppose the result of the local elections and European elections was because of the pressure of people's lives. It feeds into the system. It is relative to people's lives. That is the way the system works.

The last part of this is the adjustment that the Irish Fiscal Advisory Council purports to be necessary. If one makes an adjustment of €2 billion in cuts and taxes, what effect will it have on GDP?
