I am not familiar with the details of this particular case as competition authorities have launched it. This relates to the confidentiality matter I mentioned. I cannot tell the Deputy the answer at this stage as I honestly do not know it. When it comes to how far the investigation may go back, it is largely a decision for the competition authorities and it will depend on the nature of the case being examined.
