I move amendment No. 19:
A new obligation is imposed on trustees but there is no sanction if they do not fulfil the obligation.
In page 21, between lines 30 and 31, to insert the following:“(2) Failure of the trustees to notify members of changes as outlined under this section shall be deemed an offence as prescribed under section 3 of the Pensions Act 1990.”.
