In accordance with Standing Order 87 the following message will be sent to the Dáil:

The Select Committee on Foreign Affairs and Trade has completed its consideration of the following motion: That the proposal that Dáil Éireann approves the ratification by Ireland of the Internal Agreement concerning the 11th European Development Fund, signed in Luxembourg on 24th June, 2013, copies of which were laid before Dáil Éireann on 17th April, 2014, be referred to the Select Committee on Foreign Affairs and Trade, in accordance with Standing Order 82A(3)(b), which, not later than 12th June, 2014, shall send a message to the Dáil in the manner prescribed in Standing Order 87, and Standing Order 86(2) shall accordingly apply.
