I thank the witnesses for their excellent and very helpful presentations. I agree with Deputy McGrath with respect to the presentation and the recommendation from One Family. My first question is for Dr. Wingfield. She put to us the need to clarify medical terms and her point that the legislation should refer to the embryo only prior to implantation. I ask if she could expand on that comment and say why is that the case.
