I have another question.

The issue which others have raised with us in terms of guardianship being extended to unmarried fathers and taking account of that in the context of the Bill is the possibility of issues of violence in the domestic context. Ms Saoirse Brady spoke about balancing the rights of unmarried fathers who are not living with the mother and where children have been born and said that any proposals in this area should not endanger the children and mothers in any way or interfere with their privacy. Does she have anything to add to that or to suggest how we move in that direction?
