I thank Ms Griffith for staying within the time. We will now move on to a question and answer session with members. Could I impress on members that we do not want speeches? If somebody wants to make a speech, they can go into the Dáil or Seanad and make it there. This is an opportunity to engage with our guests today so I ask people to ask focused short questions. They should ask one question, get an answer, ask another and get an answer.
