The reality is that, even for someone who is unemployed, there is a cost associated with living in the home, be it assistance from the State or some other arrangement. Generally, the arrangements we have in place, be they long-term or short-term, are such that we have a solution whereby an unemployed person can remain in his or her accommodation.
