There is no fine envisaged here, it merely relates to the clawing back of money. I am aware of the case of a person who went through everything with a fine-tooth comb. An ecological area was kept in a forest on their land as part of the overall agreement and now the Department is seeking to get money back in respect of that area. That is what really brought this matter to my attention.
